Yes, this is included in our service. Most Dubai buildings require a move-in or move-out NOC, and gated villa communities require gate passes and vehicle registration. We manage Emaar, Nakheel, DAMAC and community management processes at both addresses so you never have to chase anyone.
We use floor runners, lift padding, corner protectors and door jamb guards throughout the move. Damage to hallways, lifts and common areas is the main reason landlords and building managers withhold deposits, so protecting them at both properties is built into every home move.
B2H Movers holds a valid UAE Trade Licence, available on request. We operate from a physical office in Deira, issue a written contract for every move and accept card and bank transfer. Be cautious of movers who work only on WhatsApp, insist on full cash upfront and provide no paperwork.
For safety and legal reasons we cannot transport hazardous materials such as petrol, paint thinners and gas canisters, live plants, perishable food, pets, firearms or illegal items. Cash, jewellery, passports and personal documents should always travel with you personally. For pets, we can recommend specialist UAE pet relocation services.
Book 1 to 2 weeks ahead for standard apartment moves and 2 to 3 weeks for villas, allowing time for the survey, NOC applications and gate passes. During peak season around summer and December, and for weekend or end-of-month dates, book earlier. Same-week moves for studios and 1 bedroom flats are often possible.
